City Parks Foundation has engaged Momentum Communications Group in its 30th anniversary year to help build a new level of recognition for its leadership in building healthy urban communities through thriving public parks. City Parks Foundation reaches more than 300,000 people annually through free sports, arts, community building and education programs in more than 350 parks.

“I have benefitted from our city’s vibrant public parks at so many stages of life – as a student, a young professional, and a father – so the opportunity to work with City Parks Foundation is especially meaningful to me,” said Momentum’s founder and president, Jim Miller. “It’s an honor to have been chosen through a competitive selection process to work with an organization that does so much for all New Yorkers.”

City Parks Foundation’s programs benefit the physical and mental health of diverse New Yorkers of all ages. Signature programs include the annual SummerStage concert series, New York’s largest free outdoor performing arts festival, and the Swedish Cottage Marionette Theatre in Central Park. Sports programs include free golf, tennis, track & field, soccer and fitness programs for kids and seniors.
