PR Week and CampaignLive have announced Momentum’s campaign for our newest client, Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA).
AFA’s mission is to provide optimal care and services to individuals confronting dementia, and to their caregivers and families-through member organizations dedicated to improving quality of life.
The campaign, #RememberTogether, seeks to raise awareness for AFA’s free, nationwide memory screenings that are held year-round to help detect early Alzheimer’s and similar memory issues. #RememberTogether asks the public to recreate photos of favorite memories, taking current trends like Throwback Thursday to the next level for a great cause.
Momentum will utilize media relations, events, guerilla marketing, and social media for a fully integrated campaign. To join the campaign, submit your photo recreation with the hashtag #RememberTogether on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram. Momentum and #RememberTogether has already reached over 100,000 users since the start of the campaign. You can also upload your photo and find a free memory screening near you on RememberTogetherAFA.org.
All photo recreations will be entered into our monthly contest, where you will have opportunity to win a digital photo frame.
