It’s been well over 18 months since the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to isolate. For many of us at Momentum, A Chance In Life’s annual Gala on September 22 in New York City was a welcome return to normalcy, an opportunity to gather with our client and colleagues to celebrate 76 years of child empowerment around the world.
There, we recognized the tremendous professional and philanthropic accomplishments of A Chance In Life’s honorees Monsignor Thivierge, Tami Erwin and Chris Augustin. Throughout the evening, the phrase, “It takes a village,” was repeatedly mentioned, reminding us of the collective efforts necessary to bring A Chance In Life’s mission to 4,000 children around the world.
We’re proud to be part of that village, empowering A Chance In Life’s Boys’ and Girls’ towns globally. It’s been over one year since we began our partnership with A Chance In Life, and we’re excited for what the future holds with this inspiring organization.
A Chance In Life is an international nonprofit providing shelter supporting nearly 4,000 homeless, vulnerable and refugee youth around the world. Through a self-government educational approach, A Chance In Life empowers at-risk youth to take responsibility for themselves and their communities while giving these children the tools necessary to thrive.
